During our initial interview, we review your weight loss goals, medical history, lifestyle, caloric intake, and current and past activities.
We work with you to plan the perfect training program for your needs, and we offer group training or one-on-one services. All personal training services include body measurements, where we assess body fat in your abdomen, hips, biceps, and calves.
