It is important to me that you realize your full potential so that you can achieve the results you desire. I will tailor your workouts based on your progress toward Whole Fitness. I focus a lot on Body Weight training as it is the most versatile, combining strength with cardio training. I also incorporate weight training to maximize your strength and metabolic potential.
