My mission on a daily basis is to make sure you (and everyone around you) is working as hard as they can. I will push you to your limits, not to someone else's limits! All I ask...work hard, have fun and say goodbye when you need to leave! (most workouts range from 60 - 75 minutes).

In order to send your booking you have to introduce your contact information through the form bellow.
We will provide your email and phone number to the personal trainer in order you can coordinate a session.
If you need to make a question to the trainer then you can specify it in the message field. Feel free to send your questions.
You only pay the day of the session, directly to the Personal Trainer. The booking is completely FREE.
