Over a decade working with individuals and groups has confirmed for me that everyone's path to fitness is different, and everyone has a higher degree of success when partnered with a professional who respects their individuality. I approach fitness from a holistic perspective, and believe that regular movement and healthy food combined with other lifestyle factors are the basis for great health. Health and fitness is created from our daily habits, not only the hours spent in the gym. As such, I train the whole person.
