We can discuss your goals and answer any questions that you may have and to go through a short workout with me. Train in the comfort of your own home or complex.
You can expect some weight training, agility training, core training and to have a lot of fun getting stronger, having more energy and losing those extra pounds.
I will teach you to exercise with proper form and core stability. Fitness assessments will be conducted for you, one at the beginning of the month and one at the end of the month.
You will receive a printed booklet with graphs to see your progress in strength, flexibility and body composition. I will train you with a program designed especially for you.
Nutritional advice is offered to achieve your goals.
